Criminal Litigation

Robert Rubin has been practicing criminal defense in state and federal courts for over 28 years. His practice has involved all areas of criminal law, but has emphasized the representation of individuals accused of crimes against children and the representation of healthcare professionals in criminal cases and licensing board hearings. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Rubin is a frequent lecturer throughout Georgia and has taught Criminal Litigation at Emory for the past 20 years. Rubin is Vice-President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is the past Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Rubin was named one of Georgia’s Top Lawyers by Georgia Trend in 2006 and in 2010–2014 to Georgia Super Lawyers.
