Bob Terry has many years of experience in securities regulation, capital formation, compliance and enforcement, as well as real estate and other areas of the law. He served for over 8 years as Director of the Georgia Securities Division, the principal regulator for the securities industry for the state, and he also was Chief Compliance Officer for a major regional securities broker-dealer. In private practice, Mr. Terry has represented numerous firms and individuals in connection with a wide range of securities and other matters.

Mr. Terry has spoken to many legal, industry and consumer groups about various securities-related topics. As Georgia's Securities Division Director, he served in several leadership roles for the North American Securities Administrators Association, including two terms on the Board of Directors.

An Atlanta native, Mr. Terry is in private practice at Parker MacIntyre, an Atlanta law firm specializing in securities representation.
