Geoff Weirich is in solo practice, Weirch Consulting & Mediation. Mr. Weirich’s focus areas include employment discrimination and sophisticated pay equity claims, restrictive covenants and wage-hour matters. In addition, Mr. Weirich has a relatively unique focus in handling complex disability access issues. He is known nationally for the ability to efficiently and effectively manage complex class, collective and multi-plaintiff actions. Mr. Weirch is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and is a member of the governing Council of the ABA's Section of Labor and Employment Law.
Education: JD, Duke University School of Law (with high honors, Order of the Coif); MA, Michigan State University, in Labor & Industrial Relations (with highest honors); BA, Michigan State University, in Economics (with honors).
- Co-author of the two-volume Fifth Edition of Lindemann, Grossman & Weirich, Employment Discrimination Law (BNA 2012), which is the official book of the American Bar Association in its field.
- Authored many published articles and treatise chapters, and co-authored “Protecting Trade Secrets and Confidential Information in Georgia,” 60 Mercer Law Review 533 (Winter 2009).
