Biography
Latterell's work focuses on the intersections of religion, ethics, and law. He is writing a book about constitutional secularism. In addition to serving as Research Director for Law, History, and Christianity at CSLR, Latterell is Associate Book Review Editor for the Journal of Law and Religion, published in collaboration with Cambridge University Press. He is also Director of the Lilly Grant for Financial Literacy.
He previously served as Assistant Professor in the Practice of Sociology and Religion at Candler School of Theology.
Latterell received a PhD from Emory University, a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, and a bachelor of arts from Augustana University.
