After a strong semester of events that were dedicated to community service, academic success, and professional development, Emory’s Black Law Students Association (BLSA) has won the Southern Regional Large Chapter of the Year at the SRBLSA Convention in Birmingham, Alabama. This year's win also marks the third straight regional win for Emory BLSA. They will now advance to the national convention in Houston, TX, where they will defend their title of Chapter of the Year.

Victoria Sparks 18L, president of the Emory Law BLSA chapter, says, “We are humbled to be selected by our peers for this accolade, as we continue to strive to provide programming for our members that cultivates them academically, professionally, and socially. Being honored with the award of Large Chapter of the Year for the third consecutive year further affirms that our chapter is doing something right and upholding our chapter’s legacy.”
