Biography

Dr. Paul Fowler currently serves as the executive director of the Emory University Career Center and teaches Higher Education Law. He earned his MS in higher education administration from Florida State University and his PhD from the University of Virginia, where he completed a specialization in law through the UVA Law School. He has taught legal issues in higher education courses at the UVA Curry School and Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Public Policy. Dr. Fowler has served in a number of student affairs positions across a range of institutions, including serving as dean and vice president of Student Affairs at Pfeiffer College and associate dean of Student Affairs at Carnegie Mellon.
