Small Firm Practice


Craig Nydick is adjunct professor in the externship program, teaching the Small Firm Practice externship course. He also works in Emory University’s Office of Sponsored Programs as a research analyst. Prior to joining Emory as adjunct faculty and a staff member, Craig was an attorney with the US Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor; represented plaintiffs and businesses in private practice, with a focus on employment and wage and hour litigation; worked as a staff attorney for the ACLU of Georgia (where he now sits on the Legal Committee); and taught elementary and middle school.

Craig received his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University, his master’s degree from Harvard University, and his JD from Emory.
