Emory Law Dean Robert Schapiro has announced his decision to return to the faculty after his term as dean concludes this summer. Schapiro was appointed dean in 2012 after serving as interim dean during the previous academic year.

Myers 18L named first black Emory Law Journal editor-in-chief
Janiel Myers 18L has been named the first black editor-in-chief of the Emory Law Journal, the law school's oldest publication. ELJ publishes six issues a year, featuring professional and student articles on a broad range of legal topics, and remains entirely student edited.
