The Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review (ECGAR), an Open Access journal, is published once a year. ECGAR welcomes the submission of manuscripts for consideration for publication.
We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 4.
ECGAR publishes manuscripts that focus on topics related to the journal’s mission statement.
We publish submissions in a number of formats, including blog posts, opinion essays and responses, symposium pieces, surveys, book reviews, and traditional, full-length law review articles.
Style and Citation
ECGAR adheres to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015). Submissions need not be received in this format. Articles selected for publication, however, will be edited to conform to this standard.
ECGAR accepts submissions year-round. Manuscripts submitted for consideration should be no longer than 50,000 words. If selected, the Executive Articles Editor will contact authors to extend a publication offer. The Executive Articles Editor will discuss with authors any editorial changes prior to publication. Offers are contingent upon a successful completion of the editorial process and acceptance of the applicable publication agreement.
Authors published by ECGAR retain copyright in their works. For more information on ECGAR’s copyright policy, please contact the Executive Articles Editor.
The Editorial Board attempts to review manuscripts as quickly as possible.
