AI and the Future of Work

The AI and Future of Work Program is the first initiative of Emory Law to offer AI training and experiential learning for students and opportunities for academic research on the impact of AI across business, the workplace, and the professions.

Barton Child Law and Policy Center

The Barton Center is a multi-disciplinary child law program that seeks to meet the unmet legal needs of children while advocating to improve the systems and institutions of justice serving children.

Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution

The Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution promotes professional development and offers strategic consultation in the areas of advocacy and dispute resolution.

Center for Civil Rights and Social Justice

The Center for Civil Rights and Social Justice (CCRSJ) serves as a hub for civil rights and social justice activities and supports research, policy design, educational opportunities, and community outreach at the local, state, national, and global level.

Center for Federalism and Intersystemic Governance

The Center on Federalism and Intersystemic Governance sponsors research, conferences, workshops, and other projects exploring patterns of overlap among governmental structures.

Center for International and Comparative Law

The Center for International and Comparative Law explores the interactions among international and domestic legal systems of the world from various perspectives, such as politics, finance, trade, crime, human rights, religion, the environment, immigration, tax, and labor.

Center for the Study of Law and Religion

The Center for the Study of Law and Religion produces and promotes path-breaking scholarship, teaching, and public programs on the interaction of law and religion around the world.

Center for Law and Social Science

Explore the "how" and "why" behind law and social behavior. The Center for Law and Social Science focuses on the law as an output — why we see the laws we do. And law as an input — how the law and its application affect social behavior.

Center for Transactional Law and Practice

Acquire a strong foundation in business law doctrine, practice contract drafting, and experience what being a deal lawyer is really like.

Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program

The Institute for Complex Litigation and Mass Claims

Project on War and Security in Law, Culture and Society

The Project on War and Security in Law, Culture, and Society unites scholars in law, political science, human rights, and history — as well as other academic disciplines at Emory — to examine war and security from a larger perspective.

Vulnerability and the Human Condition

The Vulnerability and the Human Condition Initiative creates an academic space where scholars can imagine models of state responsibility. Focus on the vulnerability of human beings and their reliance on social relationships.

Interdisciplinary Programs

The Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER®) Program unites law, business, engineering, and science PhD students from Emory and Georgia Tech in learning how to take innovative ideas from the lab to the marketplace.

Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques

Modeled after the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's program for teaching practicing lawyers, Emory Law's program is the largest in the country and is recognized as one of the nation's finest.

Public Interest at Emory Law

Emory Law prepares students for legal careers in public service. Our innovative curriculum includes traditional courses in public interest law as well as a range of topics from international human rights to homelessness.
