Global Health Law and Policy Project
The Global Health Law and Policy Project provides a unique multidisciplinary platform for developing, exploring, and evaluating global health initiatives.

Emory Law offers extraordinary access to significant institutions in public health, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), located on Emory's campus; world-renowned clinics and policy centers through Emory Healthcare; and The Carter Center, an Emory affiliate.

With the goal of having a measurable impact on contemporary global health challenges, the project draws on Emory’s diverse strengths in law, health care, business, liberal arts, and social sciences and its unique position next door to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Carter Center to provide

  • a forum for students and scholars to address global health law and policy issues;
  • educational and training programs;
  • hands-on student practicum experiences; and
  • research contributions in global health law and policy.
