Biography

Kyle Skinner is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Emory University. His practice experience includes representing clients in complex legal matters including criminal defense, international finance, ethics disputes, and anti-bribery compliance. He has a proven track record of effectively handling crisis situations, making sure his clients’ business, personal, and legal strategies are aligned.

Skinner received his B.A. and Ph.D. in Italian Language and Literature from Yale University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. He received his LL.M. from Cambridge University. After law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
