Biography

Christina Glon is the associate law librarian for Research Services at the MacMillan Law Library. Prior to librarianship, Glon practiced transactional law in southwest Michigan specializing in estate planning and probate administration, business and tax law, real estate transactions, and electronic discovery and litigation support. Glon is active in local, regional, national, and international library organizations. She is currently the editor of STATE PRACTICE MATERIALS: Annotated Bibliographies and recently served on the editorial board of Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research and Writing, as the Chair of the Local Planning Committee for the International Association of Law Libraries’ 36th Annual Course on International Law and Legal Information held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (October 2017), and president of the Atlanta Law Libraries Association (2016-2017), a chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries. Glon often writes and presents on creating and teaching specialized advanced legal research courses and technology in legal practice.
