Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal Workshop

The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal is publishing a Special Issue in 2021 focusing on recent developments in bankruptcy law. The issue—entitled the “Developments Issue”—will feature essays from some of the top bankruptcy scholars in the United States. In conjunction with the publication of the Special Issue, the Journal is hosting a workshop for authors to discuss their essays and take questions and comments from workshop attendees and fellow panelists.
