Main content

The Center for Professional Development & Career Strategy at Emory Law plays a crucial role in linking employers and students. We foster meaningful connections through a range of initiatives, including interview programs, online job postings, career-focused panels, engaging presentations, and networking events. Our commitment to connecting employers with our talented and diverse student body ensures valuable opportunities for both sides, enhancing career prospects and enriching the professional landscape.

Emory Exclusive Recruitment Programs

Our exclusive recruitment programs in the summer and fall provide employers with unique opportunities to conduct virtual or on-campus interviews with rising second and third-year law students. Additionally, during the spring, employers can request interview schedules for students from any class year. This means you can choose to interview students from different years in one session, all of which require no registration fees.

For employers unable to conduct in-person or virtual interviews, we offer a Resume Collection Program. This initiative allows you to submit job openings to the Career Center, which we will then share with our student body. We will also collect application materials on your behalf and forward them for your review, saving you time and effort. Alternatively, we can direct applicants to your online career portal for submission. Registration for this program is ongoing, and there are no associated fees or deadlines to participate. To get started, complete our Resume Collection Request Form.

If you have questions about our recruiting programs or need assistance with your Symplicity account, please don't hesitate to contact Recruiting Manager Carolyn Roan at 404.727.8773. We are committed to fostering meaningful connections between employers and talented Emory Law students.

Job Postings and Resume Collection Services

We understand that some employers may face challenges in conducting in-person or virtual interviews due to various circumstances. To assist you in your hiring process, we are pleased to offer our Job Posting and Resume Collection services.

Through this initiative, employers can submit their job openings directly to the Career Center. Once submitted, we will actively share these opportunities with our student body, ensuring that a diverse range of candidates have access to your listings. Interested students can apply for positions in multiple ways: directly through your organization’s career portal, via email, or through traditional U.S. Mail, giving applicants flexibility in their application methods.

In addition to job postings, we also provide a comprehensive resume collection service. This feature allows you to efficiently gather resumes from interested candidates online. You will receive a consolidated list of resumes on the date you choose, enabling you to review potential applicants at your convenience. This process is designed to save you time and effort in finding the best talent for your organization.

Registration for our Job Posting and Resume Collection services is straightforward and ongoing. There are no associated fees or deadlines for your participation, making it easy for you to get involved at any point.

Please submit your job postings through Emory Symplicity today to begin the process and expand your recruitment efforts. We look forward to partnering with you to connect with promising candidates.
