Ninth Biennial Conference on the Teaching of Transactional Law and Skills
Emory University School of Law, May 30, 2025

We have decided to postpone Emory Law’s 9th Biennial Conference on the Teaching of Transactional Law and Skills until next spring. We hope that, by June of 2026, we can all gather in person to receive our colleagues’ excellent presentations and participate in a dialogue that will shape the future.
To that end, our theme – “Integrating Doctrine, Practice, and Pedagogy to Prepare the Business and Transactional Attorneys of the Future”– will remain the same. We will send out a Save-the-Date message at the beginning of the fall 2025 semester.
To those of you who were already lined up to present, thank you for being willing to share your groundbreaking work. To all who registered to attend, we will refund your money as soon as we can.
I personally remain dedicated to making next spring’s conference once again capture the depth and breadth of the work that we are doing to educate the business and transactional attorneys of the future. Please plan to present or to attend. You will want to be a part of it.
If you have questions regarding any of this information, please contact Kelli Pittman, Program Coordinator, at kelli.pittman@emory.edu or 404.727.3382.
