Biography
Holly McDaniel is a practicing attorney and an adjunct professor of law teaching in the Master of Legal Studies program at Emory University School of Law. Currently, her teaching and law practice are focused on labor and employment law.
McDaniel is an associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C., a global law firm focused exclusively on labor and employment. Her practice focuses on whistleblower retaliation under securities and consumer protection laws and servicing financial institutions and hospital systems. Prior to joining Littler, McDaniel worked at a boutique labor and employment firm representing management, where she represented clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. During law school, McDaniel interned with government agencies tasked with enforcing the nation’s laws governing labor and employment.
McDaniel earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
