Biography
Matthew S. Morrison is Associate General Counsel for Transactions at CRH Americas, Inc. (NYSE: CRH), where he leads merger & acquisition transactions in the US for one of the largest building materials companies in the world.
Morrison has nearly fifteen years of experience as in-house counsel, including seven years as a General Counsel in the petrochemical and consulting sectors. He also served as a business leader in the consulting sector for three years.
Prior to being in-house, Morrison was an associate with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton and Powell Goldstein (now Bryan Cave) in Atlanta.
Morrison obtained his undergraduate degree in political science and Russian area studies from Emory University, his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law, with honors, where he was member of the Law Review, and his MBA from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.
