After a highly successful inaugural conference, the organizers of the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) program will continue their work to share current business practices, discuss the legal and economic challenges, and showcase new technology from the TI:GER teams. The 2017 TI:GER conference will focus on the future of innovation. The event will take place March 30, 2017, between 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in Tull Auditorium, Gambrell Hall at Emory University.

Nicole N. Morris, director of TI:GER and professor in practice, said, “I am excited to have this distinguished group of speakers join us for a discussion about the future of innovation. It is an opportunity to learn about the next wave of emerging technologies and legal challenges associated with them. This is the only conference I am aware of that brings together scientists, attorneys, and business professionals to discuss innovative approaches and current trends in technology commercialization.” The conference will feature:

Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results, or TI:GER®, is a collaboration between Emory Law and Georgia Institute of Technology that brings together graduate students in law, business, science, and engineering to work on start-up projects.
