Emory Law alumnus Linus Chen 08L, an attorney with the U.S. Department of the Interior, and David M. Moore, an Emory Law adjunct professor who teaches water law, both wrote articles for the August 2014 ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources Endangered Species Committee newsletter.

Chen's article is titled " A Loon-y Possibility: Addressing Climate Change with the ESA as the Mercury Rises."

Moore's article is headlined, " The Expanding Reach of the Endangered Species Act."
