On March 26, 2026, Emory University School of Law held its annual Carney Lecture. The lecture series is hosted by the William and Jane Carney Center for Business and Transactional Law. Jeffrey N. Gordon of Columbia Law provided the key lecture entitled, “The Moral Duty of Directors.”
