The Emory University Board of Trustees recently recognized the following faculty members for their accomplishments as scholars, teachers, and contributors of service to Emory and the broader community:

Mark Nevitt will now serve as a tenured associate professor of law.

Martin Sybblis will now serve as a tenured associate professor of law.

In addition, the Board of Trustees confirmed the rank and tenured status of several faculty colleagues with outstanding records of accomplishment who joined Emory this year:

Lindsey Simon will now serve as a tenured associate professor of law.

Stacie Strong will now serve as a tenured full professor and will be recognized as the Gyr Professor of Private International Law.

The Board of Trustees also considered and approved the tenure and rank of other newer faculty members earlier this year, including Associate Professor of Law Deepa Das Acevedo, Asa Griggs Candler Professor of Law Ifeoma Ajunwa, and Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law and Quantitative Theory and Methods Kevin Quinn. Quinn is jointly appointed at the law school and Emory College of Arts and Science’s Department of Quantitative Theory and Methods.
